Our vision at Willow Grace Yoga is to support our students and the community in their journey through life, much like the graceful heron that symbolizes strength, patience, and resilience. At Willow Grace, we provide a sanctuary where you can bend and sway with life's challenges, rooted in mindfulness and growth.
Every class offered is focused on mindfulness: being present, aware of your breath, your movement, bodily sensations, and thoughts. This is the practice of yoga, where the benefits reach far beyond the mat, offering transformative impacts on your life.
Each of our amazing teachers brings their unique style and skill set to Willow Grace Yoga, creating a diverse and enriching experience for all. Join us in this serene journey, where the wisdom of the willow and the grace of the heron guide us towards balance and harmony.

After 9+ years and over 1,000 classes of learning yoga from different instructors, He completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in July 2024. His desire to teach is based on the many positive experiences practicing yoga and realizing the benefits of improved balance, core strength, and muscle endurance.
He favors an energetic class; however, he also wants to make classes accessible for students practicing at any level. When sequencing poses, he finds creative ways to incorporate an extended flow series that links our movement with our breath while testing endurance, challenging mental focus, and having fun.

Her love for yoga blossomed into a passion for sharing it with others. In 2016, Beth earned her RYT200 certification from Charm City Yoga and later received certification in Yin Yoga. Beth enjoys time in nature—hiking with her husband, Jon, and their dog, paddle boarding, biking, golfing, and of course, keeping up her personal yoga practice.

Maria leads classes in meditation and yoga nidra (guided yogic relaxation). Her classes make traditional meditative practices accessible to everyone. Years later, she began taking yoga classes which included meditation, yoga nidra and chanting, and invited (dragged) her friends to try them. Maria observed the positive impact these practices had on her best friend as he recovered from a serious illness, and was inspired to share them with others to aid in healing and maintaining overall well-being. She completed her teacher training in the Hatha-Raja Yoga tradition of Swami Satyananda Saraswati in 2009, and has also trained in sound healing/meditation, yoga therapy and reiki.

Certified for Phase11 yoga with stress reduction and meditation. Fun stuff includes kayaking, hiking, biking and art activities.
